Agia Pelagia Beach is 2.7 km from the accommodation. The nearest airport is Heraklion International, 23 km\u00a0 and the property offers a paid airport shuttle service.<\/p>\n

THESSEAS<\/u> IS A RESIDENTIAL COMPLEX\u00a0 with villas – swimming pool olympic size- cafe\/restaurant for the residents- open from mid April until mid October -10.00 am until 22.00 <\/u><\/p>\n

\u00a0private beach – with free umbrellas and deck chairs also foc children’s playground-tennis and basket ball cours-<\/u><\/p>\n

24-hour security service and controlled entrance to the premises is available included in the villas services-<\/u><\/p>\n

upon payment : meals to be brought to the villa from the restaurant in the premises within working hours: 10-22.00 <\/u><\/p>\n

In addition in just 1 km there is a super market just outside this area as well the nearby resorts of AGHIA PELAGHIA and LYGARIA with many tavernas cafes- restaurants- the time the guests will be here however not many of them will be open so we suggest if they want to have more shopping possibilities and night life to venture Heraklion<\/p>\n

The 2 Villas<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

Rental is possible for either as both villas together or separately<\/em><\/p>\n

Villa Blue Ariadni is on the 1st floor (uplifted ground floor) and VILLA Blue APHRODITI is on 2nd and 3rd floors<\/em><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

BLUE APHRODITE<\/strong> is a three- bedroom villa that easily can accommodate 6 to 7 persons (1 persons can sleep on the sofa which are in the living room) \u00a0You enter in a large open-plan kitchen and living area., which leads to a spacious terrace 60 sqm and with private swimming pool (40 sqm), BBQ and amazing sea view.<\/p>\n

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances, opening to the dining room.\u00a0\u00a0The living area has 2 comfortable couches, flat screen satellite TV and dvd player. The couch can be converted in to a cozy sleeping place for maximum 2 persons (preferably children). In addition small wc and washing machine..<\/p>\n

Upstairs, there are three sizeable bedrooms with built-in wardrobes.\u00a0Each bedroom with king size bed is uniquely decorated in delicate tones. Master bedroom has an individual modern en-suite bathroom with shower and toilet and its own balcony with sea view.\u00a0 The other 2 bedrooms have smaller balconies and big windows with amazing view. In addition 2 bathrooms.<\/p>\n

Maximum 7 persons (sleeping 6 in 3 double bedrooms and 1 on the sofa couch)<\/u><\/p>\n

Bed linen and towels are included fresh upon arrival and extra change is also available<\/p>\n

Cleaning service during the stay :upon extra charge<\/p>\n

we provide all types of tours and sailing trips: please ask us before arrival of the guests to provide you as per your guests’ preferences<\/p>\n

BLUE ARIADNI<\/u>: includes 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed.\u00a0 2 separate bathrooms, \u00a0a living room and a flat-screen TV, an equipped kitchen with a dining area. Washing machine also available in one of the bathrooms.<\/p>\n

Balcony with lovely view of the sea and the surrounding area. In case of big families or friends who want to be together then the BLUE APHRODITE can be rented at the same time (if available of course) in order to share both villas together.<\/p>\n

Maximum capacity : 4 persons<\/u><\/p>\n

BLUE APHRODITE can be rented either on its own or with villa Blue Ariadni to fit in more guests together (still with 2 separate entrances)<\/u><\/p>\n

GENERAL RULES AND INFORMATION ABOUT THE VILLA<\/p>\n

  1. Arrival and departure time and flight\/boat details are neccessary to provide, through email, whats app or viber<\/li>\n
  2. Bed linen and towels are included. The change of them will be after 5-7 days. If extra change is needed the owner has to be notified<\/li>\n
  3. Villa can be rented for weddings, private events etc. for specific hours or 1-2 days – rates upon request as well as catering for food, drinks, cook and maid<\/li>\n
  4. We provide as well services for private tours with professional drivers, escort guides etc. for land tours including jeep tours, hiking, culinary tours, street food tours, cooking lessons, sailing tours, 1-day cruise to Santorini.
