Villa with amazing views on the hilltop overlooking the bay of Heraklion – it is around 20 kms west of Heraklion on the height of AGHIA PELAGHIA<\/p>\n

distance to the beach of AGHIA PELAGHIA around 2 km-\u00a0 Lygaria around 2.5 km<\/p>\n

Also bus stop on the main road (they can reach on foot) otherwise we can make an offer for rent a car\/minivan<\/p>\n

A VILLA TAKES UP TO 8 PERSONS (ADULTS AND CHILDREN) 9th persons if needed to sleep on the sofa bed in the living room (upon extra charge<\/p>\n

5 minutes drive from the beaches and some night life in Aghia Pelaghia gulf – 2.5 kms distance<\/p>\n

it includes : all bed linen and towels – washing machine use- cleaning equipment-\u00a0\u00a0 (1 extra change of bed linen and towels as well as detergent for the washing machine -available in each villa)- REFILL OF BEDLINEN also possible if long stay-<\/p>\n

A villa has 4- bedrooms (3 with double beds each & one with 1 dbl \/+ 1 sgl bed)<\/p>\n

2 of the bedrooms have en suite bathroom<\/p>\n

the 3rd bedroom has sharing bathroom (shower\/WC) + an extra WC (this can be shared with the 4th bedroom as description here below)<\/p>\n

& 1 bedroom with one double and 1 single bed-<\/p>\n

total :\u00a0 3 bathrooms and 1 WC.\u00a0 (Total in each villa 4 bedrooms to accommodate – 2 have an ensuite bathroom – and 2 have a shared bathroom and also separate wc available-<\/p>\n

separate kitchen with all the amenities needed for making meals –<\/p>\n

(a villa has a swimming pool 7.5 x 4 m each )<\/p>\n

free WiFi.<\/p>\n

Car recommended- Also private transfer is available – food supply – cooked meals – maid service during your stay (all upon extra charge)<\/p>\n

it is based on accommodation only with all bed-linen – towels included upon arrival and during the guests’stay (provided in the villas upon arrival) – Maid service is not included during the stay – only upon request and with extra charge.<\/p>\n

Food can be brought in to the villas (either from a super market\u00a0 or brought in cooked by private service) upon extra charge-<\/p>\n

All facilities for cooking and storage are included in each villa<\/p>\n

Credit card upon arrival is required in order to make sure damages are paid upon if they occur\u00a0 during the guests’ stay either by negligence or intentionally.<\/p>\n

GENERAL RULES AND INFORMATION ABOUT THE VILLA<\/p>\n

  1. Arrival and departure time and flight\/boat details are neccessary to provide, through email, whats app or viber<\/li>\n
  2. Bed linen and towels are included. The change of them will be after 5-7 days. If extra change is needed the owner has to be notified<\/li>\n
  3. Villa can be rented for weddings, private events etc. for specific hours or 1-2 days – rates upon request as well as catering for food, drinks, cook and maid<\/li>\n
  4. We provide as well services for private tours with professional drivers, escort guides etc. for land tours including jeep tours, hiking, culinary tours, street food tours, cooking lessons, sailing tours, 1-day cruise to Santorini.
