Lygaria – Aghia Pelagia in the THESEUS private residential area – a spectacular complex that it is carved into a hillside, dropping down to crystal-clear blue waters. With its extraordinary ocean views and cliffside location, Theseus Beach is located at the bottom of the hillside, where the apartment is situated on the top .\u00a0 Theseus beach village offers to all resident\u00a0 guests privacy and 24 hours security services.<\/p>\n

Tennis court is included for use and also the village has a playground for children. Spend your days alongside the common Olympic size pool overlooking the ocean or venture out for a short walk down to the private beach belonging to the Theseus complex. Both by the common pool and the beach free sun beds and umbrellas for use and also a key for private wc \/ shower on the beach.<\/p>\n

Heraklio city is around 14 km from the apartment. The nearest airport is Heraklion International Airport, 18 km from the property<\/p>\n

The apartment\u00a0 is brand new with high quality standards, including 3 flat screen TVs and 3 Wall mounted AC units.<\/p>\n

A new kitchen with stainless steel appliances and two beautiful bathrooms complete the property.<\/p>\n

This property also provides large veranda of 32 sq meters with dining area, lounge area and gas BBQ.<\/p>\n

There are 2 bedrooms and 2 separate bathrooms -One bedroom with 2 single beds and 1 bedroom with a double bed.<\/p>\n

GENERAL RULES AND INFORMATION ABOUT THE VILLA<\/h4>\n

  1. Arrival and departure time and flight\/boat details are neccessary to provide, through email, whats app or viber<\/li>\n
  2. Bed linen and towels are included. The change of them will be after 5-7 days. If extra change is needed the owner has to be notified<\/li>\n
  3. Villa can be rented for weddings, private events etc. for specific hours or 1-2 days – rates upon request as well as catering for food, drinks, cook and maid<\/li>\n
  4. We provide as well services for private tours with professional drivers, escort guides etc. for land tours including jeep tours, hiking, culinary tours, street food tours, cooking lessons, sailing tours, 1-day cruise to Santorini.
