THE VILLA<\/h4>\n

A spacious home of about 100 sqm that comfortably accommodates a family of 5- 6 people, fully equipped with all modern comforts, kitchen, 2 large bedrooms (both bedrooms have an access to a private bathroom (shower\/WC) which can be shared by both bedrooms-\u00a0 On the ground floor there is a large open plan area with sofa, which can be adjusted to sleep 2 persons (preferably only child or 2 children on the sofa bed) or 1 adult – and another bathroom (shower\/WC) – Fine touches of decoration, detailed care in the bathrooms and fully equiped kitchen (on the ground floor) open plan with all the necessary appliances.\u00a0 Cleanliness, Soft and fragrant linen all contribute to the formation of a warm and friendly space of hospitality. Ideal for those who want a safe environment\u00a0 and covid health measures within the house.\u00a0 There\u00a0 is always someone available to welcome the guests and check them in at any time of their arrival.<\/p>\n

GENERAL RULES AND INFORMATION ABOUT THE VILLA<\/h4>\n

  1. Arrival and departure time and flight\/boat details are neccessary to provide, through email, whats app or viber<\/li>\n
  2. Bed linen and towels are included. The change of them will be after 5-7 days. If extra change is needed the owner has to be notified<\/li>\n
  3. Villa can be rented for weddings, private events etc. for specific hours or 1-2 days – rates upon request as well as catering for food, drinks, cook and maid<\/li>\n
  4. We provide as well services for private tours with professional drivers, escort guides etc. for land tours including jeep tours, hiking, culinary tours, street food tours, cooking lessons, sailing tours, 1-day cruise to Santorini.
