Green Residence : 160 sqm  is  has a large garden, its own parking lot and views to remember. Balconies and terraces bring you closer to nature. And its large glass doors flood the interiors with natural light.

It comfortably accommodates six guests. There are three bedrooms, all have a queen-size bed. There are one spacious bathroom and a smaller one on the ground floor.

A well-equipped spacious kitchen and living room charmingly decorated and a great place for guests to relax and enjoy the luxury of ample space and view to the garden and the sea.

The exterior of the home is equally enjoyable with its scenic views and vast gardens. It’s a little piece of paradise here! You can dine al fresco at the outdoor dining table, just steps from the house. Have a drink while you soak up the views or try out the BBQ grill for your evening meal!

GENERAL RULES AND INFORMATION ABOUT THE VILLA

1. Arrival and departure time and flight/boat details are neccessary to provide, through email, whats app or viber
2. Bed linen and towels are included. The change of them will be after 5-7 days. If extra change is needed the owner has to be notified
3. Villa can be rented for weddings, private events etc. for specific hours or 1-2 days – rates upon request as well as catering for food, drinks, cook and maid
4. We provide as well services for private tours with professional drivers, escort guides etc. for land tours including jeep tours, hiking, culinary tours, street food tours, cooking lessons, sailing tours, 1-day cruise to Santorini.
