This lovely villa is located in a residential neighborhood in Ammoudi on the northern coast of Crete, close to the calm waters of Agia Pelagia, Made, and Lygaria beaches. You’ll be just 20 km from Heraklion’s beautiful center. 25 km west of Heraklion airport, this beautiful villa has a modern aesthetic and offers casual indoor-outdoor living with a private pool and fabulous views. It’s just a few minutes from numerous excellent beaches!
The Villa
In the main living area there is a wall-mounted television in the living/dining area. Is in open floor with the kitchen and then it opens up to a nice patio where you can, if you wish, dine outside overlooking the uninterrupted views of the sea and the surrounding hills, and the pool. There are several terraces (each with fabulous views) and outdoor furniture!
The kitchen is fully equipped including also high quality appliances such as a built in oven, microwave, big refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, and coffee maker, also free Wi -fi, washing machine, hairdryer, air conditioning/heating, iron and ironing board, cable TV, DVD player, films, fresh towels, bed sheets.
There are 2 bedrooms with en suite bathrooms plus an extra sofa bed in the living room with separate wc/shower which can accommodate another person – One bedroom has 1 double, the other bedrooms has 3 single beds and a single sofa bed.
This property is suitable for 4-6 guests.

GENERAL RULES AND INFORMATION ABOUT THE VILLA
- Arrival and departure time and flight/boat details are neccessary to provide, through email, whats app or viber
- Bed linen and towels are included. The change of them will be after 5-7 days. If extra change is needed the owner has to be notified
- Villa can be rented for weddings, private events etc. for specific hours or 1-2 days – rates upon request as well as catering for food, drinks, cook and maid
- We provide as well services for private tours with professional drivers, escort guides etc. for land tours including jeep tours, hiking, culinary tours, street food tours, cooking lessons, sailing tours, 1-day cruise to Santorini.
