Spend your days alongside the common Olympic size pool overlooking the ocean or venture out for a short walk down to the private beach belonging to the Theseus complex. Both by the common pool and the beach there are free sun beds and umbrellas for use and also a key for private wc/shower on the beach.
This home is located near the quaint seaside village of Ligaria and its namesake beach popular with families for its calm waters. There is a fish tavern, mini market, cafe, and scuba diving center.
Heraklio city is around 14 km from the apartment. The nearest airport is Heraklion International Airport, 18 km from the property

Villa Sea view is situated among a cluster of luxury residences in the residential area of Theseus, just a short walk to the water’s edge. It has private parking and is spread out in 150 sqm with terrace and balconies to admire the breathtaking views.

This is a fully air conditioned villa. Its superb kitchen isn’t just all glamour. It’s also practical! The cabinets are well-stocked with tools of the trade to help you prepare meals. All of the appliances are high quality and full-sized to facilitate meal preparation surrounded by luxury. Its features include dining table, coffee machine, stovetop, oven, kitchenware, electric kettle, dishwasher, microwave, and full-size refrigerator. The apartment also has a washing machine and dryer, iron and iron board and also free WiFi for extra convenience! There are three spacious and well-appointed bedrooms. All three offer a luxurious retreat – One of the bedrooms has a wall of sliding glass doors overlooking the sea with amazing views!

- Arrival and departure time and flight/boat details are neccessary to provide, through email, whats app or viber
- Bed linen and towels are included. The change of them will be after 5-7 days. If extra change is needed the owner has to be notified
- Villa can be rented for weddings, private events etc. for specific hours or 1-2 days – rates upon request as well as catering for food, drinks, cook and maid
- We provide as well services for private tours with professional drivers, escort guides etc. for land tours including jeep tours, hiking, culinary tours, street food tours, cooking lessons, sailing tours, 1-day cruise to Santorini.
