About the Resort
Located in Kassandra, Halkidiki, in front of the mountain slope just outside Nea Skioni, these seaside Family Villas offer a private pool and a private beach.
This complex consists of 6 individual buildings, each of which includes 4 villas.
Each villa opens onto a patio with great sea views and direct access to the private sandy beach, which has sun loungers and parasols.
On-site facilities include a playground, boutique shop, mini market and a beach bar, serving a wide range of drinks and snacks.
The on-site restaurant offers a daily Greek breakfast and innovative Greek cuisine which you can enjoy right in front of the beach.
An entertainment program is offered for our younger guests.

The Location
Halkidiki and specifically Nea Skioni is a magical place that offers amazing nature, clear blue waters and delicious food.
Picturesque bays, sandy beaches and lush landscapes have turned the Kassandra peninsula in Halkidiki into one of the most popular holiday destinations.
Nea Skioni is one of the most picturesque cities of Kassandra, as it was founded in 1918 where the separate traditional fishing villages were located.
The church of Panagia Faneromeni, dating from the 16th century, is admirable and is located just 2 km from the village, next to the resort.
The enchanting port of the village is ideal for walks and gastronomic pleasures as it offers a wide variety of traditional fish taverns that will fascinate you.
The beach, which has been awarded a blue flag, has crystal clear waters and white sand, while if you are lucky you can even admire the dolphins playing near the beach.
For those looking for more adventure there is also a wide variety of activities such as diving, sailing, fishing and water sports. The nightlife is also fantastic.
