The settlement has 24-hours security, a private beach with complimentary sun beds, and an Olympic-size pool alongside a restaurant overlooking the sea, for all Thesseus residence. Residents and guests of the settlement can have food ordered from the restaurant and brought to their villa- It is open from 10.30 am until 10.30 pm and if you want you can sit and enjoy your breakfast, coffee or any meal at the pleasant surroundings enjoying the sea view
Fraskia Beach is 250 m from the accommodation, Mades Beach is 1.2 km away- Guests can enjoy at these beaches Many activities for young and old such as scuba diving, sailing, windsurfing and all kinds of water sports (book in advance!). The guests of all the villas can also enjoy their swim at the common Olympic size pool.
The Villa
The villa is 133 m2. It provides, an open plan fully equipped kitchen with living room and dining area. The kitchen provides in addition a dishwasher, a fridge and an oven / living room with DVD player, flat color TV, with a seating-dining area, 3 bedrooms, and 3 bathrooms with shower and a bathtub. A 53 sqm terrace with fantastic sea view table and sitting area. Free wifi- The 3 bedrooms are equipped with twin beds and wardrobes, 2 bathrooms and a WC with shower. There is a washing- In-house initial provision includes shampoo, soap, toilet paper and hair dryer. Laundry detergent. To help you make your breakfast and coffee we have equipped the kitchen with toaster, kettle, coffee maker and everything you need. Free parking.

GENERAL RULES AND INFORMATION ABOUT THE VILLA
- Arrival and departure time and flight/boat details are neccessary to provide, through email, whats app or viber
- Bed linen and towels are included. The change of them will be after 5-7 days. If extra change is needed the owner has to be notified
- Villa can be rented for weddings, private events etc. for specific hours or 1-2 days – rates upon request as well as catering for food, drinks, cook and maid
- We provide as well services for private tours with professional drivers, escort guides etc. for land tours including jeep tours, hiking, culinary tours, street food tours, cooking lessons, sailing tours, 1-day cruise to Santorini.
