The spaciousness extends throughout the house and out to its lovely gardens, private pool around 35 sqm and poolside terraces.
There are two sitting areas, one of which has a flat-screen television. Large glass doors in the living area flood the space with natural light and lead to the terrace overlooking the sea.
The elegant dining room and sleek, modern kitchen are adjacent to the sitting rooms also part of this open floor plan and the stunning views- you can also eat on the terrace as there is a covered, outdoor dining table.
There is a fully equipped kitchen including also an electric kettle, coffee maker, dishwasher, and other necessities you would expect in this high quality property.
Two of the bedrooms enjoy direct access to the poolside terrace through glass doors. All of the bedrooms are beautifully appointed and designed for luxurious comfort. Flooded with natural light, all of the bedrooms have curtains you can close for privacy and light control.
This amazing villa offers 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms (3 of which are en suite to the bedrooms)
One bedroom contains a deluxe queen bed, a small sofa, armchair, and desk.
A second bedroom has a queen bed and direct access to the terrace.
Bedroom three has a comfortable single bed and a large desk.
The fourth bedroom contains two beds and direct access to a balcony with fabulous ocean views.
The fifth bedroom includes a comfortable queen bed and direct access to the terrace.

There is also the possibility to eat within the settlement at the restaurant which offers a variety of meals and drinks and even have it ordered and brought to your villa. Alternatively you find one of the plenty and excellent tavernas, cafes, and restaurants at nearby villages such as Aghia Pelaghia and Lygaria – these villages offer also nice beaches if you wish to venture your nearby area.
GENERAL RULES AND INFORMATION ABOUT THE VILLA
- Arrival and departure time and flight/boat details are neccessary to provide, through email, whats app or viber
- Bed linen and towels are included. The change of them will be after 5-7 days. If extra change is needed the owner has to be notified
- Villa can be rented for weddings, private events etc. for specific hours or 1-2 days – rates upon request as well as catering for food, drinks, cook and maid
- We provide as well services for private tours with professional drivers, escort guides etc. for land tours including jeep tours, hiking, culinary tours, street food tours, cooking lessons, sailing tours, 1-day cruise to Santorini.
