The Villa
Each Premium 3 Bedroom Private-Pool Villa can comfortably accommodate up to eight people. Designed with high-aesthetics and Art Deco elements, the villas offer one open plan ground floor consisting of a spacious living room area, a fully-equipped modern kitchen, a double bedroom, and a shower bathroom. In every room, there is either an a/c or a ceiling fan.
There is direct access to the outdoor seating area and your comfortable outdoor dining area from the ground floor so you would dine facing the Aegean Sea. Right next to it you will find your private pool and your comfortable build-in sofas with Moroccan pillows, shades-equipped for serene moments. The outdoor area also provides an outdoor shower with hot water. Enjoy a coffee or a cocktail in your private garden, which is filled with all kinds of Mediterranean aromas.
On the first floor, you will find a luxury 30 sq.m. master suite, consisting of a queen-size bed and a comfortable secondary space with a queen-size bed. You will also find one more double bedroom with a queen-size bed and a shower bathroom. What’s more, the first floor consists of two large terraces with a sweeping sea view.

- The guest can cancel free of charge up to 15 days before arrival in low Season (all dates excluding July 1st - September 15th). OR up to 45 days before arrival in High Season (July 1st - September 15th). Cancellations after that be charged with 100% of the total amount. In case of non-show or early departure, 100% of the total amount will be charged. In case of travel restrictions issued by governments, cancellations up to 2 days before arrival will be fully refunded.

- Covid-19 | Special Cancellation Policy for 2021: In case of travel restrictions officially issued by governments, or one of those traveling with you is tested positive with Covid-19 and you are unable to travel (proof of illness is required to be provided), cancellations up to 2 days before arrival will be fully refunded. Payment policy: A 30% deposit payment via credit-debit card is required; your credit-debit card will be charged after your online reservation is completed. Full payment must be settled on the day of expiry of free cancellation period.
